MetaTrader will automatically check for updates as part of the install procedure.
Locate the file mt4setup.exe that you downloaded from step 1 above and double-click it and login with the credentials you recieved via email.
The text you are currently reading can be added either through sidebar widgets or directly in the sidebar.php file.
If you add a widget to the predefined widget area this text will be removed automatically.
